At Choice we are on a mission to set the bar for delivery of physical rehabilitation and patient experience while restoring quality of life. It is our vision to change the narrative of healthcare by placing the patient-first in every decision we make.
From the beginning, RHSG president and owner, Aaron Sorensen, LPO, CPO, has been committed to keeping RHSG’ as a privately held Tennessee company. Because we aren’t a publicly traded company, owned by venture capitalists or private equity,we do not answer to shareholders or financial drivers like other Tennessee O & P companies. This corporate structure adopted at other prosthetic and orthotic companies requires their focus to maximize corporate profits, not on you - the patient. This independence allows the RHSG’ and its team members latitude that many other Tennessee prosthetic and orthotic companies do not have, to focus on your care.
Something most patients do not realize is that many O & P companies are beholden to a corporate formulary that requires their clinicians to “recommend” pre-approved prosthetic and orthotic components to their patients based on profit margins versus the best treatment for you, the patient. That’s not how we do patient care at RHSG. We allow our patient care model to drive our business model, not vice versa like our competition.
Our caring clinicians and team members choose to work in this field because they are passionate about helping patients improve their mobility and quality of life. Not only is our owner a successful business man, but he is also a clinician who sees and treats a full case-load of patients every day. Being a clinician first and foremost is what drives RHSG corporate culture and passion from the top down for the best patient care available.
